- Create a strategic asset plan to deliver efficient and seamless management services incorporating sustainability, innovation, tenant engagement, health & wellness
- Provide operational, design and specifications consultancy services with continual operational support and consultancy for Commissioning and Handover Plan from builders
- Review of all services plans and drawings and plan for procurement of services to specify, tender and monitor service contractors
- Develop a Strategic Asset CapEx Plan (10-year CapEx and asset plan)
- Bring a comprehensive team of experts to deliver exceptional outcomes at 118 Mount Street for CBRE GI, the Owner and tenants.

- Achieved operational excellence with delivery of skilled customer service to tenants, owners, contractors and all stakeholders
