Colliers was engaged to manage the development of 180 Bank Street, South Melbourne, from a butter factory, then famously a film and recording studio, into an open plan office space spanning 4 floors.
The project involved a make good of the building for commercial office space leasing. This included demolition of redundant services and non- structural internal fit-outs that have occurred over the last decade, as well as a full refurbishment of the existing timber framed building, including the building shell, office tenancies, cores and amenities, BCA upgrades, facades, lifts and services.
