We were recently tasked with the request to transact the premises, which is a sizable parcel of land at 8,089sqm with a DA approval for 15,000sqm.

The strategy encompassed off-market negotiations to ensure the buyer understood the opportunity and we maximised the price.
We were successful in transacting the property for $52,500,000 to a private client . We also were successful in our appointment for the commercial pre-lease opportunity with our Office Leasing experts for the 15,000sqm commercial development.
