Our challenge was to find an ideal property that met Coates’ business needs whilst also negotiating the best outcome for all involved in the deal.
Our Colliers experts worked with Coates to understand their businesses needs and requirements in order to find them a suitable premises. Coates required a substantial site to locate the businesses NSW headquarters and ultimately lead to increased efficiency and productivity of the overall business. Fab and Adrian were able to use their comprehensive database combined with their expert market knowledge and presence to uncover various potential available spaces for Coates. Aligning Coates’ requirements to a premises within the market led to our experts being able to negotiate a deal at 41-47 Stennett Road, Ingleburn which they were exclusively appointment to lease by Stockland.
We were successful in securing a long lease term with fixed increases. The deal was a large consolidation of 4 sites comprising of an office and warehouse of 8,604m²* and an additional 45,000m²* of hardstand area. This site will allow for increased business efficiency and productivity, Coates is reinvesting into the business to achieve better customer solutions and services.
