Challenge

Our Valuation & Advisory Services office experts worked closely with our client EG Funds Management to conduct valuations on three office assets in Sydney CBD and North Sydney.

As part of their strategy to acquire the office portfolio from Swiss RE, our client EG Funds Management instructed the team to conduct valuations for acquisition and first mortgage security purposes.

Given the nature of this engagement, the team had to respond to strict time constraints and commercial sensitivities by the stipulated due date.

Strategy

Our strategy was to assign the right expert to value each asset so that we could exceed the client’s expectations and deliver enduring results. Our geographic spread and local market knowledge meant that we could deliver informed and timely advice.

As part of our valuation services, we were required to deal in person with multiple parties assisting in the facilitation of sensitive and orderly contract negotiations.

We were focused on delivering accurate information within the specified timeframe.

Result

We supported EG Funds Management in the acquisition process and delivered our valuation services within the allocated time period.
