Colliers Commute expedites decision-making with a comprehensive dashboard that analyses potential location options against the postcode locations of employees. The report, which can be generated in just a few days with basic information on postcodes, departments and designation details, provides insights on:

  • Commute times and distance from the current location to other potential locations
  • Categorizes time taken to reach each location into 0-30 minutes, 31-60 minutes and 61-90 minutes, as well as by business department and seniority
  • A traffic light system on better suited options by commute time
  • A detailed map—with filters available at all levels—providing locations of each postcode against the potential area

Sarah Gee

With over 17  years marketing experience across different business-to-business companies, Sarah started with Colliers International in July 2012 and has recently transitioned into the role of Director, Client Technology Solutions - ANZ.

Working closely with Kathleen Stubbs - Regional Director, Information Technology APAC; Sarah's role within the Technology Solutions team  is accountable for innovating with technology to achieve strategically aligned platforms and productivity improvements. Responsible to implement, maintain, support, and optimise applications within the Colliers APAC landscape; and to enable data to guide informed decisions.

Sarah spent the last 11 years in a marketing role in the Office Leasing team assisting clients with strategic marketing advice on their properties and how they can differentiate their offering in the market. Sarah understands  best in class property marketing locally and globally and has knowledge around the future of the workspace and what future tenant wants and needs are.
