Colliers International strengthens Tenant Advisory team with two strategic hires

Experienced Tenant Advisors join Colliers in Sydney

Off the back of record growth, the Tenant Advisory team, part of Occupier Services, at Colliers International, has further strengthened the Sydney team with the appointments of Anthony Clark and Alex Johnson.

With over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Anthony Clark joins Colliers as a Director from Pepper Property where he has been for the last five years. During his time at Pepper Property, Anthony represented various clients across the wider Sydney market. Some of Anthony’s clients have included Fuji Xerox, Pfizer, Virtus Health and Grays eCommerce Group.

Alex Johnson has been working in the property industry for over a decade and joins Colliers from Knight Frank where he was representing national and multi-national corporate tenants across Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Macquarie Park and South Sydney.

“We are thrilled to have Anthony and Alex join our Tenant Advisory team. Both are highly skilled Tenant Advisor’s with strong track records in the Sydney CBD and metro markets, making them invaluable acquisitions to Colliers”, said Simon Crouch, Head of Tenant Advisory nationally.

“Working alongside our team in Sydney, Anthony and Alex will provide a key role in servicing occupiers and developing and implementing property strategies; a task that is becoming increasingly important for tenants as the Sydney markets continue to tighten,” said Simon.

Colliers’ Tenant Advisory team has experienced record growth over the past 18 months, particularly in Sydney and Melbourne where the teams have almost doubled in size.

“We continue to see unprecedented growth across our Tenant Advisory team and wider Occupier Services team. Since the beginning of 2017, our Tenant Advisory team have represented over 230 occupiers nationally for over 250,000sqm, including notable transactions for Nine Entertainment Co., Norton Rose Fulbright and 3M”, commented Doug Henry, Managing Director of Occupier Services.
