Colliers International has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner in The Australian Business Awards 2019 for Project Management (PMA).
Colliers International Project Management (CIPM) team were recognised for their role in delivering the $620 million Northern Beaches Hospital, a 488-bed private hospital treating both private and public patients.

In December 2014, the CIPM team were appointed by Healthscope to Project Manage the $620 million Northern Beaches Hospital Development. The world-class hospital was the first of its kind in NSW, treating both public and private patients.
The project was complex, as the site was surrounded by concurrent road construction, a high school, and existing roads carrying 130,000 cars daily. The completion of the project provided an array of social benefits for the community, including the expansion of health services to the Northern Beaches and increased hospital and ambulatory services to meet future demand.
