Our Colliers Residential team hosted the annual Colliers Residential Developers Lunch in support of Royal Far West.

NSW Residential team hosted the annual Residential Developers Lunch in support of Royal Far West. Our keynote speaker for the event was Jana Pitman, an Olympian, Doctor, Author, and Mother, in line with the theme of the lunch, "preparation." With over 180 professionals in the room, the event was completely sponsored by our valued stakeholders.

Jacqueline Emery, CEO of Royal Far West, spoke to the guests on the importance of their work and shared success stories for children and their families who have been supported through their programs. For the second year Oliver Burton from Cooley Auctions hosted a live auction with a range of auction items generously donated by our sponsors as well as our Residential expert Daniel McMahon, Director | Residential who provided some of his own work. The guests generously raised a total of $40,000.

Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.

He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake  works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.

Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works  closely with the  Managing Director, Diana Sarcasmo, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
