Real estate’s most innovative contributors have been recognised at the 2020 Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards.
Fife Capital’s development York & George has won the award for Best Heritage Development, with Colliers proudly accepting the award on their behalf.
York&George is a 32-storey residential tower above a retail podium, in the heart of the Sydney CBD, being developed by Fife Capital. Colliers were the exclusive selling agent for the project, achieving 100% of pre-sale within 10 weeks of launch.
“We are delighted to receive this award on behalf of our client Fife Capital, which recognises excellence in heritage related developments,” said Peter Chittenden, Managing Director, Residential at Colliers.
“This development is one of a kind; the elegant tower is skilfully woven into the heritage fabric of York Street, bringing together the old and the new.”
The Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards event is a celebration of finalists crowning the industry’s best projects, people and companies.
