Re-positioning and leasing of a large amount of vacant office space with minimal downtime and strong covenants.
Strategy
- Promote the building upgrades and major improvements including the Co-Lab third space, full time concierge, foyer upgrades and the end-of-trip and wellness facilities
- Target occupiers looking to upgrade their office space and provide their staff with a prime workplace to improve retention and attraction
- Target occupiers from locations outside of North Sydney as an excellent alternative to their current location.
Result
- Transacted with four tenants in the month of June 2021 alone
- Totalling nearly 3,000 sqm in the A grade building
- Rents achieve ranged from $720/sqm to $850sqm
- Attracted occupiers from locations outside of North Sydney including the CBD fringe
