Q: How long have you been in the real estate industry and how did you come to join Colliers?  

I have been in the property industry for more than 5 years and joined Colliers out of admiration of the market leader. 

Q: How do you think you use your expertise to add value to clients?  
The nature of my job is to create and sustain relationship with our trusted partner agents, both locally and offshore.  

My cross-cultural communication skills empowered me to connect with them with less language barriers and support them to achieve exceptional results.  

Q: What is the most fulfilling thing about your role? 

I am always passionate about connecting with a broad network of partner agents and keeping them informed of Colliers selection of projects. Supporting them to keep completing sales and hitting milestones is such a rewarding journey.  

Q: Can you think of a transaction or project that you’re particularly proud of? What did you do to ensure its success?   

Premier Tower at 138 Spencer St, Melbourne, 3000. 

In additional to the mentioned cross-cultural and communications skills, my infectious drive with the project affords me opportunity to emotionally connect and engage with our partner agents, makes them understand why Premier Tower is the best large-scale residential development in the CBD. 

Q: What do you think the opportunity is for your client’s real estate strategies in the current environment? 

The pandemic induced challenging environment is experiencing a positive trend of stocks movement lately, especially projects like Premier Tower with the right product and unbeaten quality. In addition, the eligibility for City of Melbourne Stamp Duty waiver till the end of June 2022 creates a sense of urgency for both FIRB and local buyers to jump onto the last train of the stamp duty saving. So I believe the opportunity for Premier Tower will remain strongly connected with the recovery of investment demand and international purchasers’ return to the market.
