Q: How long have you been in the real estate industry and how did you come to join Colliers?
I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and 13 of those with Colliers. An old school friend who was at Colliers at the time recommended me.
Q: How do you think you use your expertise to add value to clients?
My depth of experience and connections in the market helps me bridge the gap for my vendors from their existing situation to their desired reality.
Q: What is the most fulfilling thing about your role?
To be honest I still find every deal fulfilling. No sale campaign is the same and requires tailored strategies, processes and highly effective communication to achieve an optimal result for our clients.
Q: Can you think of a transaction or project that you’re particularly proud of? What did you do to ensure its success?
Conducted a tailored campaign on a property which we transacted for circa $20m to an owner occupier who then listed their asset with me. I then successfully transacted their building for $7m and introduced our leasing team to assist leasing both buildings. A great working relationship was formed with the client and Colliers and numerous divisions were involved in the process including Office Leasing, Residential & REMS.
