Brief overview of professional career?
I’ve been working across a range of internal recruitment roles within the resources, mining, engineering, aviation and commercial real estate sectors for the last 15 years.

Why did you choose a career at Colliers? 
I saw Colliers as a leader within the commercial real estate industry and I wanted to learn from the best. I was also attracted to their values and culture. 

Tell us about a time you’re proud of helping somebody accelerate their career? 
I have enjoyed watching a Team Assistant within our Retail Leasing team in Brisbane grow into a successful and well-respected CBD Retail Leasing Executive.

What are the key characteristics you look for when recruiting talent into the Colliers business? 
For me it’s all about a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. We can teach specific skills but can’t change peoples attitudes or willingness to learn.
