Colliers moves to Essendon Fields in centenary year


Colliers is set to move its North-West office into a strategic new location at Essendon Fields as the industrial property market in in the area continues its strong growth trajectory.

Colliers has secured a five-year lease at suite G01, 6 English Street, creating an expansive central base. Colliers’ North-West team will relocate from Ravenhall to its state-of-the-art new premises at Essendon Fields this month in a move that coincides with the centenary of airport.

“This has come at a great time for both Colliers and Essendon Fields, and the move was necessary for us to support the significant expansion of our north-western operations,” Nick Saunders, Colliers’ National Director of Industrial, said. “The prime location of the Essendon Fields business park, being on the border of the western, northern and inner suburbs, will allow our market-leading industrial team to service this rapidly growing market.

“The strategic location will also allow us to increase our presence in the broader inner north and western commercial markets, which will provide development opportunities for our business and cater to the increased need for our services in this area.

“We were further enticed by the outstanding attractions on offer at Essendon Fields, including easy access to major arterials and public transport, quality office accommodation and on site amenity.”

Essendon Fields CEO Brendan Pihan welcomed Colliers to the precinct.
