The Colliers Brisbane Office Leasing team were exclusively appointed by our valued client, Quintessential Equity to lease approx. 3,000sqm of existing and upcoming office space at 643 Kessels Road, Upper Mount Gravatt in Brisbane. The A-grade office park recently underwent an extensive refurbishment program and benefits from a vast amount of outdoor parkland, an onsite café as well as brand new end of trip facilities. The property is an elevated block, with expansive suburban and city views. Upper Mount Gravatt is an established suburb, only 16km from the Brisbane CBD, which is experiencing demand from investors and owner occupiers.
