Following the acquisition of the Arrium business (which was under administration by KordaMentha), GFG Alliance engaged the Colliers Occupier Services team to relocate and consolidate the corporate offices in Sydney, Paramatta, Melbourne and Adelaide.
Collaboration across the broader Colliers team was crucial to achieve the most favorable sites and terms for the consolidation process. The sites included the new Melbourne office at 161 Collins Street, the new Sydney offices at Aurora Place (Phillip Street) and 201 Elizabeth Street, 121 King William Street in Adelaide and the office closure of their Parramatta office. The Colliers team, strategically brought together a range of experts from across the Colliers business to assist in the strategy. This involved Occupier Services, Office Leasing experts and Project Management.
Colliers sourced and secured new offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.
Colliers disposed of GFG’s previous offices and negotiated a favorable make good agreements on existing leases while also delivering a new fit-out of their premises. This was delivered on time and on budget.
