Case Study Valuations & Advisory Services: Living Legacy Forest

Living Legacy

Valuation for an intending mortgagee (first mortgage security).

To deliver valuation advice whilst navigating COVID-19 related travel restrictions. Client time constraints were challenging; however, the team was focused on delivering accurate and in-depth information within the specified timeframe.

To overcome travel restrictions in place, our experts deployed local Colliers valuers across different business lines to ensure a timely inspection of the property. The team collaborated to deliver an As-Is value to Legacy Forest Pty Ltd, who have recently acquired the site in question.

Market research and data was benchmarked against Colliers’ existing database, with the team applying their quality assurance methodology via Colliers Assure to deliver the most accurate and in-depth valuation advice possible.

Colliers delivered the valuation report ahead of the initial timeframe agreed, with Living Legacy Forest in the process of financing their new site as an add-on to their existing ecologically-friendly business.

“Sam and Hamish undertook a highly specialised valuation for us this year. I’ve worked with over 50 valuers and ordered hundreds of valuations, and have undertaken thousands of valuations myself. It was one of the first times the report was delivered on time which is a testament to their professionalism, as the valuation was specialised and not standard. I cannot recommend Sam, Hamish or Colliers highly enough and they will continue to be my first choice.”
