M1 Land Parcel Sells For $4m

A Gold Coast investor has purchased and settled an industrial land parcel in Arundel for $4.02 million. The 7,523sqm corner lot is fully serviced and sold on a rate of $535/sqm + GST.

James Crawford and Daniel Coburn of Colliers International marketed the property in late 2019 via an Expression of Interest campaign on behalf of the local owner Greenery Developments.

“The sales campaign delivered 47 buyer enquiries, 4 written offers and demonstrates the demand for industrial assets in the central and southern Gold Coast markets.” said Mr Crawford.

“The buyer was attracted to the zoning, proximity to Westfield Helensvale, motorway access and exposure to more than 150,000 vehicles passing on the M1 daily” said Mr Coburn

Located at Lot 32, 2-4 Newheath Drive, Arundel the property is level, features more than 160m of street frontage and is situated directly across from Frizelle Sunshine Automotive’s Isuzu and Volkswagen Commercial Dealership.

Mr Crawford and Mr Coburn also confirmed they are appointed to sell the adjoining 10,320sqm land parcel (Lot 31) on behalf of Greenery Developments via Expressions of Interest.
