Colliers Occupier Services team appoints new Director of Operations

Mitchell Bath re-joins Colliers as Director of Operations, Workplace Management Services | Occupier Services

Colliers welcome back Mitchell Bath as Director of Operations for Workplace Management Services part of the Occupier Services team.

Mr. Bath’s new role is based at the Sydney CBD office overseeing all Workplace Management Services operations nationally, focussing on current client partner accounts and new business.

Mr. Bath commenced with the Workplace Management Services division in 2018 as the National Account Manager for a key corporate occupier, following a career with BGIS on the Defence account, CI Australia and JLL.

During Mr. Bath’s time previously as National Account Manager, he successfully reshaped governance, reporting, budgets, processes, people care and the client relationship.

Since his departure in early 2020, Mr. Bath has achieved great success as General Manager, Facilities at IGLU Student Accommodation. At IGLU, he managed a Facilities Management team on the Eastern Seaboard supporting over 3,800 beds. He was the conduit between construction and operations including pre-contract specifications, building mobilisation and defect management.
