In the past three months, we have been pleased to welcome four new Tenant Advisors into our Occupier Services team within Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
A strong first half of 2021 contributed to the expansion of our team, as we experienced a significant increase in occupier activity from corporates actively assessing their property needs and options; whether that be renewing leases, acquiring new offices, subleasing existing offices, exploring flexible office solutions and determining future workplace strategies.
So, I thought I would put the spotlight on our newcomers and showcase the realm of talent, from different backgrounds with diverse skills, who have joined our team and will be working with clients moving forward.
Mikayla Toy joined us in Melbourne during mid-July from Cushman & Wakefield where she was previously an Office Leasing agent.
With over six years’ experience in the property industry, Mikayla began her career as an analyst before moving into a Leasing role. Having gained extensive experience on the landlord side of transactions, Mikayla developed a strong interest in the representation of corporates ultimately making the move to a Tenant Advisor.

In late July, we grew our Brisbane team with the appointment of Lizzie Shaw as a Tenant Advisor.
Lizzie joined us from Graystone, a commercial property company where she specialised in office fringe assets and delivered office leasing, development, asset management and fitout delivery for her clients.

Hannah Kimber has been an exciting recent addition to our team with a major career move from the legal industry, where she spent almost 10 years. Our newest recruit in Sydney is Nathan Nolan who recently joined us from Knight Frank. Nathan has been working as a Tenant Advisor and gained valuable experience in Investment Sales and Capital Markets prior to that. With his specialisation in Tenant Advisory, Nathan brings a strong analytical approach and attention to detail which helps provide invaluable insight into solving his client’s needs and requirements.

We are also pleased to be welcoming Sarah Hughes back from maternity leave in November. Sarah and her partner Steve welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Madilyn, into the world earlier this year.
