Located in The Rocks, The Harrington Collection offers 1,925sqm of recently completed retail and commercial space across two levels.

A recently completed mixed-use development in the heart of Sydney’s historic The Rocks district has come to market, with the region set for an exciting period following the reopening of Australia’s international borders.

The commercial and retail precinct, located within the new Harrington Collection development at 85 Harrington Street, consists of a whole floor 1,016sqm commercial office and 909sqm across eight retail tenancies.

Miron Solomons and Matt Pontey of Colliers have the listing, in conjunction with Steffan Ippolito & Dimitrios Franze of IB Property. It is being sold on behalf of the vendors, Golden Age Group and Hannas, both leading property developers, with a price guide of circa $35 million.

The City of Sydney recently released an update to their long-term strategic plan, Sustainable Sydney 2030-2050 Continuing the Vision, which will help the city recover and thrive beyond the pandemic. The plan will include more space for people, improved transport and better access to the harbour and cultural identity, with a focus on creating a ‘water square’ at Circular Quay.

“The Harrington Collection blends the history of The Rocks with a modern reinvention that presents the opportunity to unlock the true potential of this exciting precinct. Positioned in one of the CBD’s most famous locations, it benefits from billions of dollars invested in the immediate precinct,” Mr Ippolito said.
