The Challenge: When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, we were in the final stages of securing a deal at Unit 3, 322 Annangrove Road in Rouse Hill. It became increasingly apparent to the experts at Colliers that our ability to adapt would be key to our success moving forward. We could no longer arrange further inspections, meet face to face and even a handshake was prohibited. 

The Process: We immediately began re-structuring our approach and new we had to work quickly and efficiently to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome with new regulations in place. Clear communication was key to the success of this transaction considering the new environment and what we believe will be key going forward. 

The Result: Despite the unprecedented times, we were able to execute the lease for our client securing a nationally established tenant for a market leading rental rate in the precinct of $166/sqm per annum net.
