Colliers Engineering and Design have prepared a summary of the current state of play of the cost per lot across five of the main growth corridors in Victoria. Our analysis indicates that the development cost per lot now averages $116,582 over Melbourne’s metropolitan growth areas, up 3.5% from our last report in 2022. Our Internal civil works per lot now sits at an average of $66,213 which is up 5.48% since our 2022 report.
