Karl is a Chartered Practicing Engineer with more than 30 years of experience across a broad range of residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects. Andrew has over 30 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Registered Land Surveyor.
Andrew is NSW State Director of CED and former CEO of Craig & Rhodes.
Andrew’s primary role is to oversee the design & delivery of residential subdivisions in the Sydney, Illawarra & Hunter regions of NSW. Andrew works closely with Developers, Service Authorities, Government agencies and Consultants to ensure best practice outcomes are achieved for each development. Andrew is well practiced in identification & management of risk and the mitigation of hazards in all stages of the land development process. He is an expert in the preparation of cost estimates and cash flows for the acquisition of residential subdivision sites including items such as road and drainage works, water and sewer construction, statutory charges, Section 7.11, Sydney Water and electrical service providers.
He also acts as an expert witness in NSW Land & Environment Court matters.
Tim Connolly has over 38 years’ experience in development planning where he has developed significant knowledge. He is known for clear thinking, innovative thought, proven exceptional service, relationship building and trust and integrity.
Tim has worked with public and private industry clients across all sectors, leading teams of knowledge specialists in planning, surveying, urban design and landscape architecture to create his vision of livable communities. He has been instrumental in policy and practice development in the planning and development process, where is has contributed to successful pilot programs and outcomes.

Kelly is a Water Resources Engineer with over 19 years’ experience in surface water management, water supply and wastewater engineering working for both public and private organisations. Kelly’s experience has been gained across the urban environment, industrial, mining and energy sectors in projects which range from prefeasibility and impact assessment to detailed design. This includes experience in surface water assessment, flood studies, stormwater management plans, dam break and consequence assessment, hazardous dam assessments, water balance modelling and groundwater assessment. In addition, Kelly has worked in water supply and wastewater planning, and water treatment.

Adrian Miller

Adrian brings a multi-disciplinary background to the Colliers team from a career working in the finance industry in both Australia, the US and UK as a Chartered Accountant, and post a Masters Degree in Planning and Environmental Management, over 15 years-experience working with the development industry whilst working in Government at Sydney Water and the Department of Planning. He has been with Colliers / Craig & Rhodes for four years
Adrian leads the Planning and Advisory team in NSW. He works with clients in the due-diligence phase of projects through the provision of planning and costing advice. He also directs projects through the rezoning and development application process, and having such a strong background in infrastructure planning, plays a key role in the negotiation with State agencies and the Department of Planning and Local Councils around service provision.
Adrian negotiates the delivery of both State and Local Voluntary Planning Agreements and Works-in-Kind Proposals on behalf of clients to accelerate infrastructure delivery and secure rezoning proposals and Development Consents. He also negotiates Commercial Agreements with Sydney Water to accelerate development on behalf of his clients.
With more than two decades of experience in Surveying, Colliers have witnessed Ben progress from Survey Assistant through to Registered Surveyor, and now serve as a Director at Colliers Engineering & Design in NSW. Ben's primary role encompasses overseeing Business Operations and the Survey team at Colliers. Minh's expertise extends water wastewater infrastructure design, system planning, and feasibility assessments for diverse projects.
