I have been with Colliers International for over 20 years and during this time have been involved in every aspect of industrial and commercial property. I lead the Industrial Occupier Services team nationally, which includes Industrial Tenant Advisory, Portfolio Management and Logistics & Supply Chain Consulting.
At Colliers International, I employ my vast property background and project delivery skills to analyse and formulate strategy on behalf of clients resulting in new property acquisitions, lease renewals, lease rationalisation and rent reviews. I have been responsible for the marketing of major industrial developments for sale and lease, industrial land subdivisions, major tenant pre-commitment, and business parks.

Head of Advisory NSW, Portfolio & Transaction Management | Occupier Services
Morgan brings with him 8 years’ experience in the property industry across various asset classes. His journey has seen him begin client side as a portfolio manager assisting clients with all property related matters and has a proven track record of providing successful outcomes for his clients. His extensive knowledge within the industrial sector has seen him most recently begin leading the NSW Industrial Advisory team at Colliers and is responsible for helping existing and new clients formulate appropriate strategies based on their property needs.
Morgan was part of our graduate program and his since had numerous promotions over the past 8 years because of his ability to understand and deliver for his clients at every opportunity.
In 2021, Morgan was able to achieve savings more than $10million for his clients on a wide range of transactions, including but not limited to lease surrenders and make good obligations. During his time at Colliers he has demonstrated his ability to build a rapport with his clients and to also enhance their business by driving better value for them. He has been able to achieve consistent cost savings for his clients.
His current role as Head of Industrial Advisory NSW sees him responsible for the business growth of our advisory team which leads him to working with numerous large mutlinational corporate organisations whereby he provides consultancy for their real estate requirements
National Director, Industrial Advisory
David joined Colliers in 2012 with our Real Estate Management department working on the Goodstart Early Learning portfolio which comprised 660 properties nationally.
In 2013, he then transitioned across to the Occupier Services business and commenced working on the ME Bank account as a Portfolio Manager where he collocated with the client at their offices. During this time David was responsible for overseeing all property related matters which including leasing activity, project services work and the day-to-day property management.
His current role as a National Director in Occupier Services sees him specialising in corporate consultancy and transactional management for large multinational corporate organisations, ultimately acting as an extension of their business. This involves undertaking global leasing transactions including relocations, lease renewals, lease surrenders and make good negotiations as well as some property sales/purchasing on behalf of a number of clients.
For his performance in 2021 and also in 2018, David was recognised as an ‘Outstanding Revenue Achiever’. This is awarded to individuals who, through dedication in developing their expertise, client engagement, service excellence and collaboration are acknowledged as the highest achievers nationally in the Colliers Australian Awards of Excellence.
David is considered a market expert in Industrial Advisory within the Colliers business nationally, with a strong commitment to delivering the best solutions for all his occupier clients.

After eight years in commercial management, agency, and valuation across asset types in the UK, I completed an MBA at one of Europe's leading business schools. This took me to consulting to property and business services organisations in London, and then to AMP, to lead process improvement in their property funds management businesses, in London and then Sydney.
I now provide portfolio and transaction management services to major listed corporates across Australia and New Zealand.

Jonty has been with the Colliers business since 2007 and has extensive and unrivalled Trans-Tasman Industrial property experience. Following 6.5 years working for the Colliers Australian Occupier business Jonty has returned to Colliers New Zealand to establish their ANZ Industrial Advisory team.
During his time in Australia, Jonty represented large Occupier clients throughout the ANZ region where he is considered a leading Occupier Advisor within the Australian industrial property market having concluded multiple major Occupier led transactions across all capital markets.
Within Colliers, Jonty has been recognised as an ‘Outstanding Revenue Achiever’. This is awarded to individuals who, through dedication in developing their expertise, client engagement, service excellence and collaboration are acknowledged as the highest performers nationally in the Colliers Australian Awards of Excellence. Jonty has now achieved this accolade with both the Colliers Australia and New Zealand businesses.
Now based out of Colliers New Zealand headquarters, Jonty will work closely alongside the Colliers Australian Occupier team and will continue to service his Occupier clients throughout the ANZ region assisting them with their Australian and New Zealand property portfolio strategies and requirements.
