I have been with Colliers International for over 20 years and during this time have been involved in every aspect of industrial and commercial property. I lead the Industrial Occupier Services team nationally, which includes Industrial Tenant Advisory, Portfolio Management and Logistics & Supply Chain Consulting.
At Colliers International, I employ my vast property background and project delivery skills to analyse and formulate strategy on behalf of clients resulting in new property acquisitions, lease renewals, lease rationalisation and rent reviews. I have been responsible for the marketing of major industrial developments for sale and lease, industrial land subdivisions, major tenant pre-commitment, and business parks.

Based in Sydney with more than 11 years’ experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain arena, Monica previously worked in Transformation and Project Management, Logistics Engineering, Business Analysis and Operations Optimisation. She developed long term logistics network strategies for large supply chain operational hubs, served as a key advisor and participated of major commercial negotiations with 3PL supplier leading to major changes in logistics models.
Monica has experience in project development and stakeholder engagement during warehousing and transport solution design along with optimisation of projects for a wide range of industry models, including FMCG, automotive, industrial, tyres and 3PL. She has designed, costed and priced multiple warehousing and transport solutions developing high accuracy cost and resource models, business cases and major investment appraisals for automation, contract logistics, warehouse consolidation and operational optimisation initiatives of different sizes. Having completed a Master Degree in Engineering with emphasis in Logistics Management and a certification in Prince2® Project Management. Monica has huge interest in digital supply chain solutions where she has developed proof of concept initiatives.

As part of the overall Occupier Services division, the Portfolio & Transaction Management team acts for national and multinational industrial tenants across Australia and globally.
I am focused on developing new business opportunities and growing Colliers’ industrial portfolio client base throughout NSW. In addition I assist several Portfolio Managers to complete industrial transactions on behalf of occupier clients.
National Director, Industrial Advisory
Danny is a National Director within the Colliers International Occupier Services team. Considers an expert in industrial occupier advisory, Danny advises and delivers property solutions to corporate clients with a presence in Victoria or multiple facilities across Australia and the globe.
Danny has strong experience in the property industry gleaned from 15 years in the UK commercial property market and 11 years of corporate advisory work in Melbourne. Beginning his career in Central London, Danny has always focused on the occupier and has a proven track record of supporting customer objectives to reduce cost, optimise commercial terms, add flexibility and instil operational best practice.
Understanding that no two organisations are the same, Danny takes in account operational objectives and tailors solutions, advice and strategies to minimise risk and maximise cost savings to his clients.
Director, Industrial Advisory
David joined Colliers International in 2012 with our Real Estate Management working on the Goodstart Early Learning portfolio which comprised 660 properties nationally.
In 2013, he then transitioned across to the Occupier Services business and commenced working on the ME Bank account as a Portfolio Manager where he collocated with the client at their offices. In this time David was responsible for overseeing all property related matters which including leasing activity, project services work and the day-to-day property management.
His current role as a Director in Occupier Services sees him specialising in corporate consultancy and transactional management for large multinational corporate organisations, ultimately acting as an extension of their business. It involves undertaking global leasing transactions including relocations, lease renewals, lease surrenders and make good negotiations as well as some property sales/purchasing on behalf of a number of clients.
For his performance in 2018, David was recognised as an ‘Outstanding Revenue Achiever’. This is awarded to individuals who, through dedication in developing their expertise, client engagement, service excellence and collaboration are acknowledged as the highest achievers nationally in the Colliers Australian Awards of Excellence.
David is considered a market expert in Industrial Advisory within the Colliers business nationally, with a strong commitment to delivering the best solution for all his clients.

Having worked at Colliers International in Occupier Services for the past 12 years, I have established strong relationships with several international and multi national clients, representing their property needs throughout Australia and New Zealand.
I specialise in strategic property reviews, consolidations, new leases, renewal of leases and make goods. On behalf of my clients I work at consistently achieving savings, identifying opportunities and providing property advice.
My involvement in a key project in 2016 delivered a 90,000sqm warehouse consolidation for a client in Melbourne's West, providing a positive property solution for a client which was five years in the making.
I refer opportunites to all departments within the Colliers International network to achieve consistent results for clients utilising the best experts within the market.

Eight years in general commercial practice in the UK gave me a strong grounding in management, agency, and valuation across asset types. After completing an MBA at one of Europe's leading business schools, I consulted to property and business services organisations on process improvement initiatives; I later joined AMP, to lead process improvement in their property funds management businesses; I now work with industrial and commercial clients in Australia to maximise the financial outcomes of major property transactions.
