Doug has over 30 years’ experience in occupier and institutional real estate and currently leads the Australian Occupier Services business at Colliers International. That comprises business specialising in occupier needs: tenant advisory, portfolio and transaction management and workplace management services. Doug's focus is on building long term strategic partnerships with major occupier clients and developing a highly coordinated approach to account management and delivering Real Estate solutions that align to business strategy.

Head of Tenant Advisory | Occupier Services
Simon Crouch is the head of of Tenant Advisory in Australia and has been with Colliers since 1996. Simon started his career in Office Leasing and changed roles to help establish Tenant Advisory Services at Colliers in 2006. When we started out our aim was to provide the highest quality impartial advice to tenants and to deliver bespoke accommodation strategies that would accelerate our clients business and that is what we have done since. Through employing best in class people with diverse skills our focus is always on holistic customer solutions and service excellence. Evidenced by our average client satisfaction score of 9.5/10 and our expanding services we deliver results that set us apart from our competitors.

Nine Entertainment Co. in their pre-committment of 16,000sqm into North Sydney and subsequent expansion of 6,000sqm following a merger with Fairfax Media, Microsoft's Long Term Strategy and relocation of 10,500sqm in North Sydney, Norton Rose Fulbright's pre-committment of 10,000sqm into 60 Martin Place, Sydney and QBE's 12,000sqm pre-committment in Parramatta and 10,000sqm pre-committmnet in Sydney.

Adam Raap is a committed real estate professional with over 19 years’ experience in the property industry. His market experience covers Australasia, the Middle East, India, Africa, and the Eastern Mediterranean, with a particular specialisation in:

Head of Workplace Management Services | Occupier Services
I joined the team in June 2015 to create Workplace Management Services (WMS) under the Occupier Services divison. Our team provides an innovative model of workplace management to high-performing workplaces.
My previous role was Co-Founder & CEO of First Contact, pioneering the first “hotel style” service model for ANZ and top tier landlords in 2005. Over the past 2 years I have worked closely with companies like Westpac Group to create a new corporate services offering, focused on experience for both clients and employees. Previous to this, I worked extensively in the hotels, events and catering industries.
WMS challenges the traditional FM solution by providing a service-oriented and customer aware solution. It’s all about creating a corporate hub with a sense of community around the organisation.
Each service is uniquely designed for each client and their individual departments:
1. For external guests (those visiting the clients location), and equally as important,
2. Internal guests (the employees of the client).
Our services range from workplace management, service training and advisory as well as front-of-house shared services with the aim of providing services that are designed to support the way people work.
National Director, Industrial Advisory | Occupier Services
I have been with Colliers International for over 20 years and during this time have been involved in every aspect of industrial and commercial property. I lead the Industrial Occupier Services team nationally, which includes Industrial Tenant Advisory, Portfolio Management and Logistics & Supply Chain Consulting.
At Colliers International, I employ my vast property background and project delivery skills to analyse and formulate strategy on behalf of clients resulting in new property acquisitions, lease renewals, lease rationalisation and rent reviews. I have been responsible for the marketing of major industrial developments for sale and lease, industrial land subdivisions, major tenant pre-commitment, and business parks.
National Director, Enterprise Clients | Occupier Services
An accomplished real estate professional with over 18 years property experience in the areas of commercial, industrial and residential property management and corporate real estate portfolio and account management.
In April 2016, Colliers International were successfully appointed on the management of the Vodafone portfolio, consisting of over 4,000 sites nationwide. As the Account Director, I have account and operational oversight including accountability for:
- Delivery of tenure, transaction, property management, financial and lease administration services
- Implementation and management of Quality Management procedures and processes
- Management of the Service Delivery team
- Delivery of all operational reporting
To date, we have achieved savings of over $54M for our client (over the term of the leases) and have doubled the original Account team in size
In 2018, I transitioned into a 50/50 split between leading the Vodafone Account and leading operations for Occupier Services - a role where I continue to grow and learn and I thoroughly enjoy being a part of our Occupier Services team - Division of the Year 2017 & 2018
Head of Government Property Services & Strategic Accounts | Occupier Services
Nick’s experience extends across a range of policy, corporate and operational roles throughout his 17 year career working for the Australian Government, and has provided him with an excellent understanding of Government activities and directions.
As National Director of Government Property Services, Nick is responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of our Commonwealth Government Business Plan to increase opportunities and revenue across the national business for Colliers International and its clients.
- Property strategy: developed through management of large Commonwealth property projects; business process improvement;
- Stakeholder engagement: developed and enhanced through roles managing large Government Programs and Corporate Projects;
