Julia has over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management. She has a focus on building strong relationships with all stakeholders, meticulous financial management, proactive tenant retention strategies and future proofing assets. She supports the REMS NSW team to develop tailored asset management plans focused on delivering our clients investment objectives and increasing asset values through proactive management, improving building efficiencies and proactive capital expenditure programs.
Julia started with Colliers in 2010 and has had various roles within REMS during that time. Julia’s current role as Head of Office Management is focused on the strategic growth of the national Office portfolio as well as ensuring a high level of service delivery across the NSW Commercial and Industrial portfolio. Julia works with our State Directors to implement business growth strategies, a nationalised approached to client deliverables and ensures that REMS is constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.

I started my property career in 1993 working for Pinnacle Property Group working under Barry Brakey as an undergraduate. I then commenced work at Knight Frank in 1994 as the Commercial Manager at the Southgate Complex. From then my career path took me to ANZ Bank (Facility Management and National Contract Manager), Global Property Solutions and then KFPW (UGL) where I worked on major accounts including Telstra, Defence, NAB, Westpac and DOFA/DFAT. From mid-2007 until January 2017 I was employed at CBRE as a Director of Asset Services. I enjoy managing a team and the diversity and day to day challenges of property management. I am a Licenced Estate Agent and hold a Bachelor of Economics(Monash) , Bachelor or Property(Vals) RMIT and a Post Grad Diploma in Applied Information Systems (RMIT).

During her time in the industry she has worked for tier one agencies and asset owners such as Mirvac, JLL, Brookfield Multiplex and of course Colliers International.
Prior to relocating to Adelaide, Lisa thoroughly enjoyed her role as State Director – Real Estate Management in Victoria. Lisa has now returned to her Property Management roots in her current role with Colliers based in Adelaide managing 1KW and 77 Grenfell Street along with Quintessential Equity owned portfolio of South Australian assets including 431 & 100 King William Street and the Port Adelaide Distribution Centre for institutional owners.
