Managing Director | Real Estate Management Services
I have more than 30 years experience in the property industry with extensive relationships across institutional and major private owners throughout Australia. My experience includes the management of major assets and portfolios across Australia, across all asset classes and all categories of ownership, working for clients such as Challenger, Charter Hall, Grosvenor, ISPT, Macquarie University, QIC, IOOF, Mulpha, Mirvac, Dexus, Perron Group, REST, Glebe Administration Board, KAH Australia, Valad, Australian Unity, Far East Organization, Bunnings, EG Funds Management, Eureka Funds Management, Heathley Limited, Real I.S., Roxy-Pacific and Altis Property Partners.
In my current role as Managing Director, Real Estate Management, I am responsible for driving operational excellence and leading business growth for Colliers International Real Estate Management service.

Head of Retail Management | Real Estate Management Services
Lyn joined Colliers International in June 2015 as State Product Director - Real Estate Management Services.
In 2019, Lyn was promoted to a National Director - Real Estate Management Services, after achieving outstanding overall results in the REMS SA business.
During this time, Lyn had been responsible for the enhancement of the service platform delivered by the South Australia Real Estate Management Services Team. In 2016, 2017, 2018 and in 2020 Lyn was award Leader of the Year for the South Australian business. In 2019, Lyn was also sucessful in achiving the National award of Outstanding Professional.
In 2021, Lyn was promoted to Head of Retail for Real Estate Management Services - Australia and relocated to Sydney to work with the greater business.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Lyn has worked for Knight Frank, Cushman Wakefield, a boutique agency and one of South Australia's largest private property owners as General Manager and Director.
During Lyn's time at these companies, she has achieved:-
Completing one of Adelaide's biggest retail developments;
Establishing a risk analysis of the business and turned around several non -performing assets to obtain positive outcomes;
Successfully implemented a three (3) year plan on staffing, policies and culture which saw the company grow from a small to a medium size business.
The ongoing achievements and respect that Lyn has in the industry speaks for itself. The passion, commitment and knowledge of all facets of property is one to be discussed and involved in.

I have over 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and in this time have gained valuable experience in all aspects of Property Management including providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with all stakeholders, increasing asset values through proactive maintenance and capital expenditure programs, tenant retention strategies, lease negotiations, financial reporting, dealings with Legal representatives and arrears minimisation.
I started with Colliers in 2010 and have had various Property Management roles within REM in that time. My current role as National Director of Private Clients is focused on business development and service delivery in the private client specialisation of Real Estate Management. I work with the SPD's to implement business development strategies, nationalised marketing collateral and ensure we are constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.
Because we treat every asset like it’s our own, we find solutions others don’t look for.

National Director, Financial & Client Accounting | Real Estate Management Services
With over 25 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in Finance and Accounting, Paul has held roles from Audit & Advisory to General Manager responsible for bottom line performance. This has given him a broad range of experience and made him a highly motivated and commercial operator focused on outcomes.
In his capacity as Head of Financial & Client Reporting | Real Estate Management Services he is responsible for delivering a 5 star platform to internal and external clients and commercial analysis support to the Managing Director of Real Estate Management Services.
In addition Paul is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a non-executive board position.
National Director, Head of Technical Services & Operations | Real Estate Management Services
Kate leads the direction of the National Facilities Management team by providing technical leadership and guidance across the operational management of the Real Estate Management (REM) portfolio.
Kate seeks to drive growth for the Real Estate Management team through client engagement and specialist engineering, facilities and sustainability initiatives, as well as project management excellence.
Kate's focus is developing new offerings, delivering projects and providing multi-discipline technical services. Kate delivers solutions for clients in areas such as technical and commercial advisory, asset re-positioning, due diligence, engineering design, renewable developments and operational performance across Asia-Pacific.
Head of Sustainability | Real Estate Management Services
Lisa is Head of Sustainability at Colliers for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and her key focus is developing long term sustainability, health and wellbeing strategies to support her colleagues and Clients' ambitions.
This involves integrated planning and management of new and existing asset performance using industry best practice. She builds strategies by drawing on her extensive experience with sustainability, health and wellbeing tools such as Green Star, the WELL Building standard, Climate Active (net zero / carbon neutral) and Circular Economy principles. Her work is globally recognised as enabling scalable solutions to complex challenges in the built environment.
As well as leading the REMS sustainability team for Australia, Lisa supports Colliers Global ESG committee through her role on the steering committee for Asia Pacific and leading the Environmental pillar regionally. This role supports Colliers long term strategy to develop and execute a robust ESG program including committments to Science Based Targets Initiative and achieving net zero status by 2030.
As a natural collaborator, she has a keen interest in developing practical strategies to assist with a streamlined application of sustainability initiatives, translating executive goals into hands on implementation.
Manager, Health, Safety & Environment | Real Estate Management Services
I have more than ten years of expereince in safety compliance and risk management for retail and heavy industries. The experience has equipped me with the skills to minimise the risk profile of the Real Estate Management service line, and exceed client expectations.
I work within the property management framework to drive operational excellence and build on business growth. I am responsible for providing strategic direction and advice to minimise risk, and to ensure compliance with local and national health and safety legislation.
At Colliers, my focus is to improve Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) processes and systems by offering practical and robust solutions. I partner and engage with stakeholders to drive and facilitate the effective implementation of safety improvement initiatives, to optimise the performance of client assets.
