Specialising in the sale of major shopping centres, Lachlan has managed the sale of over $18 billion worth of shopping centres, working with a wide range of clients including institutional, international and private investors.
In 2021, Lachlan’s team transacted the largest retail deal in Australian history, with the sale of Pacific Fair and Macquarie Centre for $2.2 billion. This deal represents the largest retail transaction globally since 2018. He also secured the second largest agency retail transaction in Australia at $1.00 billion in the sale of Pacific Werribee and Pacific Epping.
In 2019, Lachlan's team transacted 83% of all retail assets greater than $100 million, equalling a total of $3.58 billion in sales. These included:
• The sale of Westfield Marion, SA for $670 million (50% interest);
• The sale of Westfield Burwood, NSW for $575 million (50% interest);
• The sale of Garden City Booragoon, WA for $575 million (50% interest);
In the last 5 years, Lachlan has sold 8 out of the 9 Australian regional shopping centres that were presented to market, and has successfully marketed over 100 different assets. Lachlan has achieved the largest individual transaction in Australian history with the sale of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, QLD for $810 million (50% interest).

James leads the NSW Retail Investment Services team, and coordinates a national strategy for his clients, having transacted over $3.5 billion worth of shopping centres since joining Colliers International in 2013. James specialise in transacting supermarkets, hardware, neighbourhood, sub-regional and large format retail shopping centres. James utilises his 15 years of retail investment, neighbourhood shopping centre development and agency experience.

Tim McIntosh is a Director of Retail Middle Markets at Colliers and leads the Victorian business, specialising in the sale of neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail, hardware and core retail investments.
Over Tim’s eight years with Colliers, across both Australia and the United Kingdom, Tim has managed in excess of $1.5 billion of retail transactions. During Tim's time at Colliers, he has gained national and international transactional experience, including a 2-year secondment with the Retail Capital Markets team in London, UK.
Collaborating with the national Retail Middle Markets team, Tim contributes a unique retail background across transactional, negotiation, analytical and financial expertise to provide clients holistic advice encompassing:

Since joining the Colliers business in 2017, Harry has carved out his niche as the QLD Retail Expert. With over 7 years experience within the sector, Harry has extensive background in project leasing delivering over $1 billion worth of Retail Projects. Combining his unparrelled knowledge in the Retail sector, Harry is the Associate Director of the Retail Middle Markets team focussing on the divestment of Freestanding Retail, Neighbourhood Shopping Centres, and Large Format Retail.

Richard joined Colliers in 2022 as State Chief Executive of our WA business.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Perth property market having held leadership positions in several major agencies and corporates. He is highly respected across the industry and leads our Western Australian team to maximise local opportunities across the national and Asia-Pacific landscape.
As State Chief Executive Richard is responsible for driving the growth of our Western Australian business across all service lines and asset classes. He is also a member of the Australian Executive Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the Australian business.

Ben is a Manager (NSW) of Retail Middle Markets, possessing a comprehensive understanding of retail neighbourhood shopping centres. Ben's expertise in mixed-use projects and developments, alongside his experience with retail leasing, management and sales allows him to provide his clients and purchasers with a unique level of expertise and in-depth knoweldge and understanding of the retail sector. Ben has delivered some of NSW's newest neighbourhood shopping centres for prominent private and institutional clients and has an extensive history as an analyst working within the property audit field.
In his current role, he focus on the sale and acquisition of Neighbourhood Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Hardware, Large Format Retail Centres, Convenience Retail & Fuel. Ben has assisted his clients in repositioning established neighbourhood shopping centres to maximise returns for his clients, alongside specialising in key areas such as childcare, medical and allied health.
