The only constant - is change

The aged care sector continues to undergo significant change and transformation at an increasing rate. As always, change presents opportunity, but not without challenges and in this regard, the listed players are having to navigate the most complex set of variables to date simultaneously. Deregulation of the home and community care has accelerated convergence between retirement living and aged care as well as enabling people to stay in their own homes longer. Ultimately, demand remains high and growth is still achievable.
