Compared to our previous paper on Land Supply published in early 2017, there has been a net increase of industrial zoned land within the Sydney Metropolitan Region. However, there has been a reduction in the total area of available land yet to be developed (i.e. undeveloped zoned land).
Our latest report forecasts the number of years of industrial zoned land left, as well as highlights the Sydney sub-markets with the least and greatest scope for industrial development.
