The strong performance of Melbourne’s western and northern industrial property sectors has led Colliers International to restructure its operations in these markets to accommodate growth.
Tony Iuliano, Colliers International National Director of Industrial, said both the western and northern industrial markets were on the rise.
“As our Melbourne Industrial business continues its strong growth, we are rebranding and expanding our Melbourne West office in Ravenhall to accommodate increased activity in this market and growth within our own team,” Mr Iuliano said. “This office will now be known as the Melbourne North West office.
“Our northern industrial specialists Marco Sandrin and Brent Glassford will join our western team of Nathan Bingham, Stephen Newsham, Cameron Hunter, Nick Saunders and Stephen Ryan.
“Nathan Bingham, as Director in Charge of the Melbourne North West office, will oversee and manage our growth in both the northern and western markets.
“The synergies and ever-growing logistics framework generated by the merging of our northern and western teams will create a one-stop shop for our clients and enhance productivity and efficiency.”
The Melbourne North industrial market comprises suburbs such as Tullamarine, Somerton, Campbellfield and Thomastown.
Colliers International’s Melbourne North West office is located at Pellicano and MAB Corporations’ Orbis Business Park at 271-279 Robinsons Road in Ravenhall. The business park was the first standalone office building in its precinct.
“This is an exciting period for us at Colliers International, and this move will further support the significant expansion of our operations in the precinct,” Mr Bingham 0said.
“We are confident our Melbourne North West operations will allow us to continue to lead the way in serving the property needs of these industrial markets as they grow.”
