Colliers International has announced they have established a residential project marketing team in Sydney’s west, as development within the area grows significantly to meet the growing demand for quality new apartment living. The team will be headed up by project marketing veteran, Paul Tutt, who joins Colliers International today.
“Parramatta is continuing to grow as the ‘second’ CBD of Sydney,” said Managing Director of Residential at Colliers International, Peter Chittenden. “It is an area that is well serviced by transport, employment hubs, schools and universities. Significant additional infrastructure is planned for Parramatta and its surrounds, adding to the vibrancy and community liveability of the location. As a result, demand for residential property continues to surge.
“In order to meet this strong demand, developers are bringing new residential projects to the market thick and fast, and while we have operated in this market for many years with great success, we now feel that the time is right to have a team on the ground full time. We’re delighted to have Paul Tutt lead this initiative, and he will work closely with our existing team to continue to service this growing market.
