'No Vacancy' sign goes up at 509 St Kilda Road

A new 10-year lease to Fair Work Building and Construction has taken 509 St Kilda Road to full occupancy

Colliers International’s Ben McKendry has leased the last remaining tenancy at 509 St Kilda Road on behalf of the Beville Group in one of the largest St Kilda Road backfill leasing campaigns in recent years.

Colliers International has leased close to 13,000sqm of space in total to the following tenants at 509 St Kilda Road: 

• AIA Australia (8391sqm)

• Australia Post (427sqm)

• Webjet (1670sqm)

• Fair Work Building Commission  (1649sqm)

• BJS Insurance  (750sqm)

“All of these tenants have come from within a 500m radius of 509 St Kilda Road, demonstrating ongoing demand from tenants currently within the St Kilda Road market to upgrade their office accommodation and stay within the market,” Mr McKendry said.
