Highly regarded industry expert moves to Colliers International to lead growing Retail Valuation and Advisory Services division.
Andrew Johnston, a valuation industry veteran who has held senior leadership roles in the industry for 20 years will move to Colliers International in January to lead the growing Retail Valuation and Advisory Services team.

His enthusiasm and passion for what he does will be a great asset to our team, as we continue to build our expertise in this growing sector.”
Andrew has held senior roles at several other agencies, most recently as the national head of a valuation team of 70 people. He is at the forefront of the industry and speaks regularly at industry events. Andrew works regularly for a range of leading clients including GPT, Lendlease, Scentre Group and DEXUS, and has valued many of the leading shopping centres across the country. His appointment comes as investor interest in retail assets is at an all-time high, with $7.541 billion invested in retail assets over the 2014/15 year, which was up 24% on the prior year.

Mr Johnston will commence with Colliers International on January 18, 2016.
