Colliers International has signalled its continuing growth into the burgeoning lifestyle estates market with the appointment of Deborah Cullen as Director, Lifestyle Estates.
Deborah, who will be part of the Rural & Agribusiness team in Sydney, brings a wealth of experience in prestige and lifestyle rural and residential properties. Most recently she led the team at Unique Estates Sydney, and her experience includes roles with both Belle Property and McGrath Estate Agents. Deborah is also a Licensed Stock & Station Agent, Auctioneer and Licensed Real Estate Agent in New South Wales & the Northern Territory.
“In this new role Deborah will be leading our expansion into Lifestyle Estates which will encompass prestige rural residential assets in areas such as Terrey Hills, Dural, the Southern Highlands, the Hunter Valley and others,” said Shane McIntyre, National Director of Rural & Agribusiness at Colliers International. “This is an exciting move for our team. Deborah will work closely with Bruce Falk in our Melbourne team and Jesse Manuel in our Adelaide office who are active in similar markets.”
