The Queensland Capital Markets team recently facilitated the sale of the largest land holding on the Brunswick Street and Chinatown Malls in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
The portfolio comprises landmark office and retail buildings with a total net lettable area of 19,545m² and includes a 464 bay public carpark. The asset sits on a 9,340m² freehold site 1.2km from the Brisbane CBD.
Tom Phipps and Jason Lynch conducted an international expressions of interest campaign which elicited bids from on and offshore investors and developers. Following a competitive process Ashe Morgan emerged as the successful bidder and plan to add value to the asset via refurbishing and releasing the retail and office components.
