Colliers International continues to grow Rural & Agribusiness capability

Experienced new appointment to strengthen expanding Victorian team

Colliers International continues to invest in Australia’s burgeoning rural and agribusiness sector with an experienced new recruit joining its growing team in Victoria.

Bruce Falk has been appointed to the position of Associate Director – Transaction Services for Colliers International’s Rural & Agribusiness team based in the Melbourne CBD office.

“Bruce is an experienced and respected agent, having spent almost a decade leading a rural-based property marketing company,” Shane McIntyre, National Director – Rural & Agribusiness, Colliers International, said.

“He has been involved with selling some of Victoria's major landmark rural properties including the prominent ‘Spray Farm’ on the Bellarine Peninsula.

“Bruce has a vast, hands-on knowledge of rural farming having spent time as a jackaroo in the western district in addition to managing cattle and horse properties throughout southern Australia along with thoroughbred breeding and racing.

“He also has experience in vineyard construction having developed what was, at the time, the largest single build vineyard at Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula.

“We are thrilled to have Bruce join the growing Rural & Agribusiness team at Colliers International."

Mr McIntyre said Colliers International was continuing to invest heavily in the sector, offering property owners and buyers alike professional, experienced advice and connecting Australian agriculture to global markets.
