Colliers International has been named Commercial Team of the Year for the second year running at the 2015 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Oceania Commercial Property Awards.
Held in Melbourne last night, the awards celebrate excellence, professionalism, achievement and overall contribution to the built environment.
“I am extremely proud that our team has been recognised for its hard work, collaboration and innovation,” Colliers International CEO John Kenny said. “This prestigious award is recognition of our ongoing endeavour to accelerate the success of our people and our clients. Congratulations to the team."
It was a back-to-back win for Colliers International’s Investment Services team, led by managing director John Marasco.
Colliers International’s New Zealand team also picked up several awards at the RICS New Zealand Commercial Property Awards on Monday night, taking out first or second place in eight of the nine awards it entered.
One of its four victories was the overall award for most sales transactions over $5 million. This is the fifth year in a row Colliers has won the award.
Colliers International was also named Property Management Team of the Year, Industrial Team of the Year and Research and Consultancy Team of the Year in New Zealand. The team received merit, or runner up, awards in the Valuation Team of the Year, Commercial Team of the year, Retail Team of the Year and Best Deal of the Year categories.
