Colliers International has promoted 48 employees to step up into new roles at the start of 2016. The wide-ranging promotions cover all areas of the business and include two new National Directors and two additional Directors, recognising the expertise and commitment within the current team.

Throughout 2015 Colliers International has promoted 123 employees across Australia, as the business has experienced strong growth and diversified to increase its offering to clients with the addition of new services such as Workplace Management.
The January 2016 National Director and Director promotions are as follows:
Paul Fernandes, National Director, Investment Services, Sydney: Paul has been in the business for over 13 years and has grown to become a leader in the Sydney CBD Fringe market.
Melissa Taylor, National Director, People and Performance, Sydney: Following her successful leadership of the human resources function, Melissa’s role will expand to include careers, national administration and the workplace functions.
Sunitha Alexander, National Director, Business Development Centre, Sydney: Sunitha has been instrumental in winning new business and building expertise across the organisation when it comes to pitching for new appointments.
Hunter Higgins, Director, Investment Services, Brisbane: Hunter has played a key role in growing and developing the Investment Services business in Brisbane.
Nick Cranna, Director, Rural and Agribusiness, Melbourne: Nick is highly regarded across the industry for his expertise in valuing rural and agribusiness assets, having worked on many high profile appointments.
