Experienced industry professional, Denise Kirk, joins growing team.
Colliers International continues to grow its hotel expertise with the appointment of leading industry professional, Denise Kirk, to the role of Hotels Analyst, based in Sydney. Kirk joins Colliers International at a time of considerable expansion in the hotels team.
“Over the last two years we have tripled the size of our team to build expertise across the whole market spectrum from pubs to five star hotels, together with the specialist going concern markets of student accommodation and tourist parks,” said Managing Director of Hotels at Colliers International, Stephen Burt. “We’re delighted to have someone with Denise’s experience on board to further expand our product offering.”
Kirk holds a Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management) from Southern Cross University, Hotel School Sydney and has over thirteen years’ experience in tourism, accommodation and consulting.
Most recently she worked at the Tourism & Transport Forum (TTF) as a Tourism Policy Manager focussing on the accommodation sector. Prior to TTF, she worked in both the London and Sydney offices of Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality. Her work in London involved major assignments outside of the UK including Dubai, Oman and Libya.
