Colliers International is pleased to announce the successful transaction of the South Western Sydney Portfolio on behalf of Urban Growth NSW for a record price of over $500 million. The transaction reflects one of the largest residential sales nationally in 2015.
The significant portfolio of 3 residential englobo land parcels collectively provide approximately 4,123 lots, and extends to a total area of 500 ha. Offered as a portfolio and as part of 9 months sales program the properties were sold separately with a Chinese developer, Dahua, securing Edmondson Park and Menangle Park, whilst AV Jennings purchased Spring Farm.
