Leading CBD office leasing team continues to grow with strategic appointments.
Colliers International’s Melbourne CBD office leasing team has received a significant boost in its ongoing growth with two key appointments.
Colliers International welcomes Milly Stockdale and Stephanie Hawkins to the Melbourne CBD office leasing team in the positions of Senior Executive and Executive respectively.
Tony Landrigan and Andrew Beasley, Colliers International National Directors of Office Leasing, said the appointments were integral to the continued growth of Melbourne’s leading office leasing team.
“We are thrilled to welcome these two outstanding professionals to our expanding team,” Mr Landrigan said.
“Milly and Stephanie will hit the ground running and have an immediate impact in the market and within our team, and we are excited at the dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism they will bring to the table,” said Mr Beasley.
Ms Stockdale joins Colliers International from CBRE, where she has worked as a CBD leasing agent for the past two years and previous to this she spent three years working in Property Management. She will commence with Colliers International in mid-November.
“Milly’s reputation within the Melbourne leasing market has grown immensely from day one,” Mr Landrigan said. “She is a persistent and savvy operator who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients. In the past 12 months Milly has negotiated 35 leasing deals on behalf of her clients which is a testament to her ability.”
“Stephanie, formerly an analyst in our CBD office leasing team, has been promoted internally to the role of Executive following her dedicated performance over the past 18 months,” Mr Beasley said. “During this time she has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the team and we are thrilled to see her move into an agency role.”
Ms Stockdale and Ms Hawkins will work alongside Adam Davy, Adam Shirley and Nick Serafini in the Melbourne CBD market.
