New Gold Coast Residential development set to feature a roof top terrace with a teppanyaki bar, community garden & arbour, outdoor lounge space & yoga lawn
Altitude Group Australia has released to market a luxury residential development Amari in Labrador on the Gold Coast, which will comprise 111 boutique residences once built.
Situated on Imperial Parade, the development has been designed by DBI Design with two towers to offer captivating Broadwater views and spacious east facing balconies orientated to optimise the outlook.
The project will initially comprise 48 one, two and three bedroom residences in a 10 storey tower with an end value of $23.5 million, with construction set to commence later this year. A further 63 apartments will be built in the second tower that will stretch from 7 to 10 levels.
“Altitude Group Australia have been very selective in positioning the project and are offering it at a very attractive price point, with one bedroom residences starting from $299,000,” said Tony Hymus, National Director of Residential at Colliers International who is marketing the development.
“The location and the style of residences will appeal to both investors and owner occupiers. For the investors, the local rental market is exceptionally strong.
“Driven by a steady stream of astute investors, Labrador unit median prices were up by 3.9% in the last 12 months, with the gross rental yield sitting at 5.69% and median weekly rents at $350.
“Offshore investors have identified the Gold Coast as a prime investment destination, with properties below $500,000 in high demand.
“Owner occupiers can enjoy the coastal lifestyle with Broadwater only about 200 metres away, and the convenience of being only minutes away from the Gold Coast Hospital, the Griffith University and a number of shopping centres including Australia Fair Shopping centre and the popular Harbour Town.”
According to Mr Hymus the residents of Amari will have exclusive access to resort style facilities including a private pool, landscaped barbecue facilities as well as a dedicated roof top terrace on tower two that will incorporate a teppanyaki bar, community garden and arbour, outdoor lounge space and yoga lawn, featuring Broadwater views.
“There is ample storage facilities for the residents, and an undercover car parking and visitor parking for 39 cars as well as bicycle spaces.
“With 13 floorplan designs to choose from the residences will feature top quality fixtures, fitting and contemporary designer kitchens with European appliances.
“Chic, minimalist design is complemented by sustainable features such as solar control, water and energy saving measures, plus cross flow ventilation, to reduce the need for air conditioning.
“Two bedroom and two bathroom residences are selling from $419,000 with three bedroom and two bathroom residences selling from $550,000.”
Development and approval services have been managed by the local specialists Urban Planning Services (UPS). Michael Falk, the director at UPS said he expects strong demand for the apartments.
“Labrador is attracting considerable redevelopment interest and Amari is located on the prime, centrally located site with just 5 minutes to Southport CBD and 10 minutes to Surfers Paradise. You’re not far away from the best of what the Gold Coast has to offer.”
All residences are orientated to maximise external views, access to natural light and modern interiors. Experience the 360-degree virtual tour of the Amari residence by using the virtual reality goggles available at the Amari sales office onsite.
