Amari Labrador luxury residences release

New Gold Coast Residential development set to feature a roof top terrace with a teppanyaki bar, community garden & arbour, outdoor lounge space & yoga lawn

Altitude Group Australia has released to market a luxury residential development Amari in Labrador on the Gold Coast, which will comprise 111 boutique residences once built.

Situated on Imperial Parade, the development has been designed by DBI Design with two towers to offer captivating Broadwater views and spacious east facing balconies orientated to optimise the outlook.

The project will initially comprise 48 one, two and three bedroom residences in a 10 storey tower with an end value of $23.5 million, with construction set to commence later this year. A further 63 apartments will be built in the second tower that will stretch from 7 to 10 levels.
