Experienced Tenant Advisory experts join Colliers International.
Colliers International has expanded its national Tenant Advisory team in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and extended its offering to include Retail Tenant Advisory.
“We are delighted to welcome Tim Farley, Julian Demetrovics and Liam Morris to the Colliers International Tenant Advisory team, based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane respectively,” said Simon Crouch, National Head of Tenant Advisory, Occupier Services.
“Having worked in corporate real estate for the last 15 years and successfully run his own Tenant Advisory business, Tim brings extensive industry experience. He will play a critical role in growing our Tenant Advisory business in Victoria and focus on key clients.”
Julian Demetrovics has been appointed as Director of Retail Tenant Advisory, based in the Colliers International Sydney office.
“Julian has over 16 years of property industry experience and has held property roles at McDonalds, Wright Property Management, Knight Frank, CBRE and Flight Centre. He joins Colliers International from Minor DKL Food Group Pty Ltd where he was General Manager – Network Development,” said Simon Crouch.
“The appointment of Julian to this new role recognises the growing importance that large, international retail brands place on having a trusted adviser with expert local knowledge,” said Michael Bate, Head of Retail at Colliers International. “As a global leader in retail tenant advisory, our clients will benefit from the collaboration with our colleagues in the core retail markets of London, Hong Kong and New York.”
Liam Morris has also been appointed to the role of Manager, Tenant Advisory, based in the Brisbane CBD office.
“I’m pleased that Liam has come to our Brisbane office as Manager, Tenant Advisory following stints at other commercial agencies and decided to join our team from CBRE,” said Simon Crouch, National Head of Tenant Advisory.
“As our Tenant Advisory service line grows market share, Liam brings capability to aid our expansion strategy particularly in the Brisbane CBD market.”
