Valuations update: Collins Place

Colliers International's Peter Volakos and Steven Ellis have undertaken a valuation of Collins Place at 35-55 Collins Street, Melbourne for AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund.

The property comprises two A Grade commercial office towers with major tenants ANZ and Telstra and a landmark retail centre at the Paris End of Collins Street. Collins Place has a total NLA of 103,034 m2 and a 592 space car park.
