Colliers International has expanded its Asia Markets Investment Services team with three new appointments across its Brisbane and North Sydney offices.
has been appointed as Director, Investment Services, Queensland, after relocating from Colliers International’s Singapore office, to join the Brisbane team. Since 2011, Sam has been based in Asia, including Hong Kong and more recently Singapore.
Whilst in Asia, Sam has executed significant transactions for some of the region’s major clients and has executed exclusive mandates from clients including General Electric, Republic of South Africa, PwC, Lloyd’s TSB, Dalian Wanda and China Resources.
Sam’s role will provide leadership to the Investment Services business across Brisbane, Gold Coast and partner offices, working closely with the teams to provide guidance and drive the initiatives, including Asia engagement, auctions and insolvency.
has been appointed as an Executive, Asia Markets Investment Services in the Brisbane office and has over six years property valuation experience, having worked as a registered property valuer in both JD Dodds Property Valuers Mackay and AssetVal Pty Ltd Brisbane.
Tony has extensive experiences in the fields of residential, rural, commercial and industrial valuations for mortgage security purposes, and portfolio valuations of fair value, accounting compliance and insurance purposes for local and state governments and national organisations in excess of 30,000 assets and $2 billion in value. Tony recently moved from China, where he ran his own successful real estate development company and is multi-lingual and bilingual in Mandarin.
i has been appointed as an Executive, Asia Markets Investment Services, based in North Sydney, after spending the past two years in project marketing at CBRE where he sold over $100 Million worth of residential apartments off the plan, in the first 12months. Patrick will now turn his focus to facilitating the commercial marketing, sales and leasing needs of onshore and offshore clients.
