Two neurology groups have relocated to medical suites opposite the Austin, Mercy and Warringal Hospitals in leasing deals negotiated by Colliers International.
Brendan Wenke, of Colliers International’s Healthcare & Retirement Living team in Melbourne, has successfully signed up two specialist medical practitioners to occupy a total of 678sqm over two levels at 10 Martin Street.
Neuro-engenesis, a psychology research and training centre in conjunction with RMIT/Melbourne University, now occupies 495sqm on Level 5 of the purpose built facility on a 10-year lease. Diamond Valley Neurodiagnostics will move into 183sqm on Level 4 on a five-year lease from July this year.
“10 Martin Street Medical Suites is a purpose built medical facility located within the Heidelberg medical precinct,” Mr Wenke said. “Tenants of this building have been given the flexibility to customise their fit outs with incentivised leasing terms."
The building provides full ‘9a’ general and local anaesthetic, stretched DDA compliant lifts, secure pin code access, private toilet and kitchen facilities on each level and a large entry lobby with directory.
It is located adjacent to Warringal Private Hospital and the Austin and Mercy Hospitals.
“The building has already attracted radiology and pathology services and orthopaedic, urology and IVF specialists across its seven levels,” Mr Wenke said.
There is only 1,000sqm remaining for lease at 10 Martin Street on Levels 2 and 5.
