Aspect Acreage Living estate in Buccan has only 10 lots available for sale as part of their final stage release with lots ranging from 4,000sqm to 8,000sqm, and selling from $300,000 to $345,000. With construction of the land nearing completion, buyers could start building their homes in May.
Aspect is the largest serviced acreage close to Brisbane which provides an exceptional rural setting for families to enjoy the ultimate acreage living. Some of the builders onsite are DR Homes, Oracle Platinum and Stroud and Hallmark and offer house and land packages from $550,000 to $700,000.
Since the estate was established in 2013, there have been 99 blocks sold to date, 40 homes have built, and once complete the estate will feature a total of 110 homes with the total value of $35 million.
Daniel Hirst, Associate Director of Colliers International who is marketing the estate on behalf of the owner Hayview Vineyard Pty Ltd said in the last three months they have contracted about 36 lots.
“It is very hard to find spacious acreage lots within easy reach of the urban convenience. Aspect estate is gently undulating with this final release one acre residential blocks positioned in the highest area of the estate. They also have great views with some backing onto the Buccan Environmental Reserve.
“Located about 30 minutes from the beaches of the Gold Coast and the city of Brisbane the estate is perfectly positioned for residents to enjoy a quiet rural lifestyle away from the daily grind, yet only minutes’ drive to daily essential such as local shops and services, schools and medical services of Logan Village and Beenleigh.
“Majority of the buyers in the estate have been local families who have settled into the area five or ten years ago and were looking for an opportunity to upsize and get a bigger home for their growing family.
“Everyone that comes here is attracted by the picturesque land with nature views, gently undulating and mostly cleared usable acreage blocks that can accommodate sheds, pool, tennis court and still leave plenty of room for pets and kids to play outdoors. Residents at Aspect have established a strong social network already. It is unusual to see such a strong community feel develop so quickly in a new estate,” said Mr Hirst.
Bryan and Julia Wain who recently purchased at Aspect said “Coming from Kuraby, we were looking for a bigger block of land to raise our kids on – enough space to build them a cubby house and ride bikes.
“We didn’t want to move too far away from the city and public transport so we were really excited when we found land at Aspect at Buccan.
“The quality of houses in the existing stages really impressed us and made us feel comfortable that it was a good investment. The estate is very family oriented too so our kids will have lots of friends in the area.”
